Sarson Ka saag Recipe


 







Ingredients

Saag  2 kg 

Pakal 1 kg 

Bathun 2 teaspoon

Salt half teaspoon

Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

Green chillies 7

Oil half cup

Haldi Half teaspoon 

Tomato

Onion 







Method 

Let us first of all wish Saag well 

Greens will be added to the pressure cooker, onions, garlic, tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric, matcha and water will be added and left for 25 minutes. 

The puree will become soft and then we will apply gutta to it 








Two to three spoons of flour will be added to the greens 

In a pan we will add desi ginger tomatoes and make a good spice and now add saag to it and make a good tadka.
