Ingredients

Onion 🧅

Kheera 🥒

Tomato 🍅

Band ghobi half cup

Lemon juice 2 teaspoon

Salt

Black pepper

Gajar 🥕 

Olive oil






Method 

First we will take a bowl 

Add cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, salt  and black pepper   Cabbage Lemon juice and Olive oil  and mix well 








Fruit should be consumed daily as it is very good for our health 

Daily fruit juice should also be drunk
