Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe
Ingredients
Gajar 🥕 2 kg
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Ghee half cup
Khoya 1 cup
Green cardamom
Method
First of all we will grate the carrots
Now put carrots in a pan and green cardamom milk in it
Now we will cook them for 15 to 20 minutes
When the carrots become soft, add sugar and ghee well
When the halwa is ready, add khoya to it
Serve the carrot halwa with Cashew and pistachios
Eat hot halwa with warm milk in winter
In winter, carrot juice and carrots are very good for health
The blood is also made with carrot juice
