Fry Fish Recipe


 







Ingredients

Fish 2 kg 

Salt 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder 5 teaspoon

Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

Haldi Half teaspoon

Soka dhaniya 3 teaspoon

Zira 1 teaspoon

Garam masla half teaspoon

Dahi Half cup

Sirka 5 teaspoon

Lemon juice 5 teaspoon

Oil for frying








Method 

First of all we will take fish and batter it well with flour 

After washing the fish well 

Now we add ginger garlic paste curd vinegar dried coriander cumin haldi zira red chilli Powder in the fish 









Now leave the fish for five hours in the marine net

 Now we will also fry the fish for 15 minutes 

Fry the baby until it turns light golden 







Serve fry Fish 🐟 with salad with chutney and  with naan 

Fish is very good for health and should be consumed more

Fish should be eaten more in winter 

Milk should not be consumed after eating fish
