Chicken sajji Recipe


 





Ingredients 

Chicken 2 kg

Salt 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon

Haldi Half teaspoon

Soka daniya 1 teaspoon 

Zira half teaspoon

Tikka masala 1 teaspoon

Gram masla half teaspoon 

Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

Sirka 5 teaspoon

Lemon juice 5 teaspoon

Dahi Half cup 

Rice 2 cup 







Method 

Use a share knife to make parallel, Light cuts through the chicken, Lightly into the meat. Massage the marination into the chicken, making sure the chicken is fully covered in the marination. Allow the chicken to rest for 4 hours minimum, Thought best if kept marinated overnight, 








Steam the chicken in a steamer for 40 mins. Heat oil in a deep work and fry chicken until crisp golden from all sides. 10 mins max Remove and serve hot ...
