Chicken Broast Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Chicken Broast masla half paket
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper half teaspoon
Sirka 5 teaspoon
Soya sauce 2 teaspoon
Chilli sauce 2 teaspoon
Salt half teaspoon
Garlic powder halt teaspoon
Ginger powder halt teaspoon
Oil for frying
Method
First we will take one kilo of chicken
Then we will add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, spices, salt and red pepper, garlic and ginger powder to the chicken and mix well
Now leave it for 20 minutes
When the chicken is well marinated
Then we will fry the chicken for fifteen minutes
When the chicken turns a nice golden color, the chicken is ready
