Potato Cutlets Recipe


 








Ingredients

Potato Boil 1 kg  

Boil chicken Half kg 

Black pepper 1 teaspoon

Chicken powder 1 teaspoon

Salt half teaspoon

Green chillies 5

Coating

Eggs 3

Soya sauce 2 teaspoon

Chicken powder 

Chilli sauce 1 teaspoon 

Bread crumbs 

Corn flour half cup 

Oil for frying 








Method 

First we will take one kilo of potatoes and boil them in hot water 

When the potatoes become soft, then we will cool it and match it 

In the boiled potatoes we will add the boil chicken and we will add salt, black pepper, green coriander and green chili to make a good match. 









Now, after matching it well, make its round tikis 

Add soy sauce and chicken powder to the egg and mix well

You'll tag it to the Cornflower and deep fry it by dipping it in egg and breadcrumbs. 










We will fry the chicken cutlets for five minutes until light golden call
