Chicken Bamboo Biryani Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Rice Half kg
Salt
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Haldi Half teaspoon
Soka daniya half teaspoon
Zira half teaspoon
Garam masla half teaspoon
Lemon juice 5 teaspoon
Imli
Oil half cup
Boiled Eggs 6
Bamboo Biryani masla 1 packet
Yellow food colour
Dahi Half cup
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Method
To a bowl, add yogurt , ginger , brown onion, red chilli powder, salt ,haldi ,soka daniya,zira , chicken, garlic and ginger paste oil, lemon juice,imli,
Mix up well and taste the Marinade
Rinse basmati rice thrice and soak for 30 mins. Drain to a colander after 30 mins,
Heat ghee or oil in a pot or pressure cooker,
Cover & cook on a low flame until the chicken is soft cooked or tender
Layering
Mix everything well and layer chicken evenly at the bottom.......
